In this chapter, many actions have been suggested. They are only impactful if you apply them.

Use this action tracker throughout the program to identify the actions you want to commit to and build habits around.

  • What do you want to commit to?

  • When do you want to do it?

  • Where will you do it?

  • How will you hold yourself accountable? (i.e. tell someone, block your calendar, set reminders)

For daily or weekly activities, enter them into the tracker and track progress by marking them off each day as completed.

Action: Take 20-30 minutes to identify the actions you want to commit to from this chapter and add them to the action tracker in a way that will be easy for you to remember what they are and to check them off.
