  3. For things like leaving the house or going on vacation, keep a list of items you want to bring in your Notes app on your phone or written down somewhere. Refer to the list before leaving on your adventure.

  4. Take notes during meetings or presentations that you want to remember. Write down key points, decisions, or actions. Or, leverage AI to take notes at the same time and summarize. Then, review the notes to remind yourself of the content.

  5. Make connections or create stories with information. This helps to ingrain the information in your brain.

  6. Reflect on the day, recalling important moments.
