Take intentional action to reach your goals and your vision. What do you want to commit to today - and for the next 3 months?
In this program, many actions have been suggested. They are only impactful if you apply them.
Update the action tracker to identify the actions you want to commit to and build habits for, for the next 3 months.
What do you want to commit to?
When do you want to do it?
Where will you do it?
How will you hold yourself accountable? (i.e. tell someone, block your calendar, set reminders)
For daily or weekly activities, enter them into the tracker and track progress by marking them off each day as completed.
Action: Take 20-30 minutes to identify the actions you want to commit to from this program and update them on the action tracker in a way that will be easy for you to remember what they are and to check them off.
Take 10 minutes to reflect on the program; did you achieve what you wanted to? Are you gaining momentum in becoming the professional you want to be, reaching peak performance, and to having a thriving career?
