In this program, I guide you through lessons and activities, and then ask you to commit to 1 action at a time.

Program objectives
This is a coaching program, designed for you to reflect on questions that evoke awareness, so that you can pinpoint the actions you want to experiment with to navigate your neurodivergence, unlock your peak performance, and thrive in your career. In addition to coaching questions, I provide frameworks, tips, and guidance to consider with your experiments.
Each of the 8 chapters are intended to increase your awareness of a specific skill, provide tips on how to improve, and to encourage you to commit to actions that will help you improve. Below are the objectives for each chapter:
Chapter 1: Become self-aware, by identifying your values and strengths, developing your purpose, understanding how your neurodivergence impacts you, uncovering beliefs, building your confidence, and defining who you want to be.
Chapter 2: Understand how to build strategies, habits, and skills
Chapter 3: Improve your time management and organization, by learning to estimate time, institute a daily and weekly planning system, learning to prioritize, breaking up time, and developing your style for organization.
Chapter 4: Reduce stress & increase resilience by aligning priorities with your manager, prioritizing regularly, being mindful, taking breaks, re-visiting beliefs and building confidence, and tips to increase resilience.
Chapter 5: Develop strategic thinking & proactive planning by practicing a strategic thinking approach, planning backwards, and planning forward.
Chapter 6: Improve your communication by learning to prepare and deliver, listen actively, build relationships, and advocate for yourself.
Chapter 7: Execute and follow through consistently by staying focused (your way), remembering, self-care, and creating quality work.
Chapter 8: Navigate your career growth by building a career development plan, setting clear goals, connecting with your network, living your person brand, and continuously growing.
At the end of each chapter, identify the actions you want to commit to and add them to your action tracker and track daily until they become subconscious habits. Ideally, tracking your committed actions for 11 weeks or more.
By experimenting with these actions, you’ll learn to navigate your neurodivergence and thrive in your career!
How to get the most out of the program
Think about how you learn best? Do you like to read everything all at once and re-visit subjects of interest? Do you like to break up the reading into smaller bits? Think about how you learn best and then create a plan that you want to follow. Below is a proposed plan, but feel free to modify. Once you have a plan, block time on your calendar to set aside the time.
There are 8 Chapters and 40 total lessons; each chapter has 4-7 lessons.
In each chapter, there are lessons designed to achieve the specified objectives, by sharing a framework, information, or asking you coaching questions for you to reflect on.
Each lesson has a reflection (coaching questions(s)) or an activity.
Spend 5-15 minutes reading the lesson and 15-30 minutes doing the reflection or activity. A total average of 20-45 minutes per lesson.
For the best results, I encourage you to allocate the following lessons per week. Read 1 lesson every other day, allocating 20-45 minutes total for reading and exercises. To ensure you have time to experiment with the actions, spread the lessons out, every other day or more.
Week 1: Chapter 1, lessons 1-3
Week 2: Chapter 1, lessons 4-7
Week 3: Chapter 2, lesson 1 & Chapter 3 lessons 1-2
Week 4: Chapter 3, lessons 3-6
Week 5: Chapter 4, lessons 1-3
Week 6: Chapter 4, lessons 4-7
Week 7: Chapter 5, lessons1-4
Week 8: Chapter 6, lessons 1-5
Week 9: Chapter 7, lessons 1-4
Week 10: Chapter 8, lessons 1-6
There is a file for download in several sections that repeats the exercise listed on the page; this is for ease of printing or editing, to capture your thoughts. In some cases, it is a unique exercise not outlined on the page; be sure to download each file.
Ten weeks can seem like a long time for a program. So, I challenge you to the following:
Complete the program in <12 weeks, within 14 weeks of purchasing the program.
Update your action tracker with all of your committed actions and track them for 11 weeks; it must include a minimum of 8 actions (1 per chapter) (Included in each chapter)
Create/update your career development plan, using the template provided (Chapter 8)
