IN THIS LESSON
One intentional action at a time will help you realize your vision.
With your vision, you identified the steps needed to get there. What is the first next step?
Follow the steps below to take intentional action and realize your vision.
EXERCISE:
Choose one action: while you were clarifying your vision, you identified the steps to achieve your vision. What is the first next action, the first next step, needed to achieve your vision? What impact can that action have on your short-term and long-term vision?
Define success: what does success look like when completing this action? How will you know it’s done? And, done well?
Gather resources: what do you need to take that action? How much time? Who do you need to involve? Do you need financial resources? Anything else?
Determine timing: when do you want to take this action? Today, next week, next month?
Get organized | create structure: do you need to add this action to your to-do list? Or, to a project plan? Block your calendar for when you want to complete the action.
Communicate/Accountability: do you need to tell someone that you’re going to do this to hold yourself accountable? Share with them the action, by when, and where you’ll do it.
Take the intentional action: get momentum by completing the action.
Reflect and repeat: reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and what to improve next time. Choose the next intentional action and repeat the process.
Congratulations! You’ve completed the 3-step program on mastering your mindset, clarifying your vision, and taking intentional action, so that you can get clarity and momentum!
You can repeat this process with any topic at any time.
