I’m Brieanne Yuchasz—your coach. As a neurodivergent professional with a background in the tech industry, I’ve learned how to move skillfully through fast-paced, high-pressure environments—and I bring that lived experience into every session.

Tony’s background spans 17 years in Washington state politics, including a record-setting tenure as Executive Director of the House Democratic Campaign Committee. There, he oversaw the state’s largest campaign operation, managing strategy, staffing, candidate recruitment, and an $8.3M budget. Tony is widely recognized for his ability to foster trust across political, business, philanthropic, and advocacy communities.

Today, his approach blends practical experience with a deep commitment to public good—helping clients advance equitable, community-centered outcomes.
