Understanding your situation and what’s impacting your career is important. Limiting beliefs may be holding you back, such as not thinking you’re good enough. Or, possibly neurodivergence can be manifesting in various ways, affecting focus, organization, or time management, among many other things. In the context of a career, these challenges can sometimes feel like insurmountable hurdles. However, career coaching takes a holistic approach, recognizing that individuals with neurodivergence possess a multitude of strengths, including creativity, resilience, and adaptability.
