Morning Thought – Day 14: How do you stay present?
Are you constantly thinking about what’s next, what the next meeting is, the next appointment, the next conversation? Or, do you engage with the present and stay focused on what’s in front of you? Think about how you do or don’t stay present. Try breathing four count breaths, inhale 1-2-3-4, exhale 1-2-3-4 and repeat over and over again until you feel centered. When you feel yourself getting caught up in what’s next, breathe. It’s powerful!
