Morning Thought – Day 13: What are you grateful for?
Some people create a gratitude journal; some people reflect nightly on what they are grateful for. Today, I’m asking you to pause, and think about what you’re grateful for – the large and the small. Think about who you’re glad to see each day, where you get to visit each day, what family and friends you have, what home and comforts you have, your health, and your gifts. Take a few minutes to really appreciate what you have in your life, take a few deep breaths, and see how you feel.
